All custom designs or logos will be charged a one-time $20-$50 set-up fee depending on the size & complexity of the design. Orders needed under two weeks from date of payment may be subject to a Rush Fee of $35.00 or 10% (whichever is higher) depending on the complexity of the order and availability of products. Items that include personal names or personal info are considered custom items. These, as well as any shipping costs and set-up fees, are non-refundable unless Woodpeckers Plaques & Crafts LLC is at fault. Refunds will be deducted of any processing fees. The current turn-around for all orders is up to 4 weeks from date of payment. Payment must be received in full before any order is processed. Any invoices not paid within one year of the original invoice date will by automatically cancelled. Once a package has been mailed, we are not responsible for any delays, damages, or loss. Any items requiring embroidery removal may have shadowing and/or holes left behind.
